In the third quarter of 2024, the art and design category saw significant activity in Greece, with the top five applications showing varied performance across unified platforms. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps displayed intriguing trends in downloads, revenue, and active user engagement.

Canva: Design, Art & AI Editor from Canva maintained a consistent presence, with weekly revenue peaking at approximately $10.3K by the end of September. Download numbers fluctuated, reaching a high of 3.6K in the last week of September, while weekly active users hovered around 28K, peaking at 29.1K in early July.

AI Photo Editor: BG Remover by VTN Global App, although not generating revenue, experienced a noticeable decline in weekly downloads, from 2.8K in early July to just 42 by the end of September. Active users followed a similar downward trend, decreasing from 1.6K to around 1.1K.

AR Drawing - Sketchar App from Braly JSC saw an initial burst of downloads, reaching 3.2K in late July, before a sharp decline to 857 by the quarter's end. Its active user base peaked at 4.7K in late July but settled around 2.8K in September. Revenue remained negligible throughout the quarter.

ibis Paint X by ibis inc. witnessed stable weekly downloads, peaking at 1K in early August, while its revenue saw minor fluctuations, with a peak of $140 in early July. The active user count remained strong, although it gradually decreased from 9.1K in August to 7.4K by the end of September.
